Job Description

To Test tensile, Compressive and Bending Strength of available Products.
To measure moisture content in given fluid and thickness of the available raw materials.
To test and process raw materials, make document
To perform the required laboratory test of the final finished products.
To check dimensions and surface quality of random batches product to ensure quality standards.
To inspect, record and analyze the materials back from the construction sites.
To maintain documents needed to support testing procedures and develop protocols if necessary.
To maintain log books of equipment as well as laboratory test.
To investigate costumer complaints and perform necessary action.
To analyze the quality of the products and provide necessary feedback to production team and
management.
To regulate the performance of quality control system.
To make quality test report and other factory report.
Must have computer skills i.e. Microsoft word, excel, AutoCAD and sketch up etc.
