Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Monitor risk management activities
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level
Monitoring performance

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
At least three-year work experience in the related field
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
