Responsibilities

• FSMS & ISO Implementation & Documentation
• Product Development & SAP Implementation
• Ensuring Proper Quality of RO water, RM/PM & Blending Operation within standard Operating Procedure for efficient process to improve food safety, lower environment impact & reduce Occupation Hazard.
• Ensuring all Microbiological related work of Process & product.
• Research and Development of new variant with proper quality standard
• Monitoring the status of Non-Conformance in procedures & production & implementation of corrective & preventive actions.
• Ensures the smooth operation of the machinery in coordination with maintenance team.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Ensuring that strict hygiene, food safety standards are met.
• Ensure the production to meets the KPI of the company and minimizing the losses to achieve the company goals of sustainability.
• SGIA Activities for betterment of product utilization & development & minimizing the defects.
• Implementation of GMP, FSMS 5s, OHSAS & QMS under given SOPS
• Customer complaint rectification and resolving the issue.
• Review and update standard operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master in Food/Dairy Technology.
