We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance for an exciting new project from the ground up. In this role, you won't just be running tests—you will be architecting our entire automation strategy utilizing the next generation of AI-augmented testing platforms.
You will be responsible for building robust automated testing frameworks, managing Chromium-based browser automation, and ensuring our core user flows remain flawless through rigorous regression testing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to leverage modern AI tools to eliminate flaky tests and accelerate test creation, we want you on the team.
What You’ll Do
Build the Framework: Design, implement, and maintain the automated testing architecture for a brand new project, evaluating whether a code-first or AI-driven agentic approach is best for our needs.
Browser Automation & AI Tools: Create reliable, fast-executing automated UI tests using modern Chromium-driven frameworks like Playwright (including AI codegen tools) or Cypress.
Implement Enterprise AI QA: Leverage industry-leading enterprise AI automation platforms (such as Mabl, Testim, or Virtuoso) for self-healing tests, natural language test authoring, and minimizing test maintenance.
Visual Regression Testing: Integrate AI visual comparison tools (like Applitools or Percy) to catch UI anomalies and rendering bugs that standard functional tests miss.
CI/CD Integration: Wire your automated tests into our deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) so testing runs seamlessly and deterministically on every push.
Collaborate: Work closely with the development team to reproduce bugs, isolate issues, and define acceptance criteria for new features.
