We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Front Desk Officer to build and maintain a positive public image for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage communication strategies, foster relationships with media outlets, and handle external and internal communication to enhance the company’s reputation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Customer Service:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Administrative Support:

Maintain and manage appointment schedules and bookings.
Keep the reception area organized and presentable.

Coordination:

Provide support to other departments as required.
Assist in handling correspondence and documentation.

Record Keeping:

Maintain visitor logs and other front desk records.
Ensure accurate data entry and filing of documents.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications and Requirements :

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or +2 with relevant experience.

Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

Clear and professional verbal communication.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and office equipment handling.

Note: Preferred candidates with experience in the manpower field.
