Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for getting in customers for the KIC program
Responsible for organizing events for customers (e.g. education conferences, focus groups
parent workshops etc.)
Represent KIC in external events (e.g. going to flea market or participating in maker-faires
etc.)
Monitor and analyze social media content for KIC
Manage data for customers and maintain accurate records of all sales
Reach out to different organizational leaders about possible collaboration with KIC
Maintain one on one relationship with existing loyal customers
Ensure existing customers are informed about all upcoming programs in KIC
Continuously study the market and identify trends and patterns impacting KIC programs
Coordinate with operations to follow up and ensure timely payments
Fulfill other duties that align with the role's main goal

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
Preferred 1 year of relevant work experience
Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent in both English and Nepali language
Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
Awareness of different social media platforms
Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to details
Preferably license holder
