We are seeking a motivated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team. As a mid-level professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company's public image and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective PR strategies to promote the company's brand and reputation mainly agents and sub-agents related.
Build and maintain relationships with agents, industry professionals, sub-agents and other relevant stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate press releases, events, and other PR activities to generate positive coverage and increase brand awareness.
Monitor media coverage and social media platforms for any mention of the company and respond promptly and appropriately.
Prepare and distribute press kits, newsletters, and other PR materials to relevant parties.
Act as a spokesperson for the company and handle all media inquiries.
Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Develop and maintain a database of media contacts and industry professionals.
Stay updated on industry trends and news to identify potential PR opportunities.
Manage the company's online presence and engage with followers on social media platforms.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PR role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of successful PR campaigns.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
