Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote the company’s brand and services.
Act as the spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and managing interviews.
Organize press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events to boost visibility.
Create and implement a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with the company’s recruitment services and business goals.
Monitor public opinion and industry trends to adjust PR strategies accordingly.
Plan and coordinate events such as job fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote the company’s recruitment services.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of these events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, government agencies, and partner organizations.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and community engagements.
Prepare speeches, presentations, and reports for the company’s management and leadership.
Manage the company’s online presence through social media platforms, ensuring engaging content to attract clients and candidates.
Develop digital PR campaigns that align with the company’s recruitment services, targeting specific industries and demographics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related fields, ideally within the recruitment or HR industry.
Familiarity with the manpower recruitment process, labor laws, and international recruitment trends.
Strong understanding of PR strategies, media relations, and corporate communication.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and PR software.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
