Prisms Education & Visa Services is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a PTE/IELTS Instructor and Visa Counselling Officer. As a mid-level professional, you will play a crucial role in our organization by providing top-notch education and visa counselling services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conducting PTE/IELTS classes for students and providing personalized coaching to help them achieve their desired scores.
Assisting students with visa applications and providing them with accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements and procedures.
Conducting mock visa interviews and preparing students for their visa interviews.
Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and visa offices to stay updated on changes in policies and procedures.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our services and attract potential clients.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and visa application status.
Staying updated on the latest PTE/IELTS exam formats and visa policies to ensure the best possible guidance for our clients.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PTE/IELTS instructor and visa counsellor.
Innovative, creative, strong problem solving skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good presentation and teaching skills is the key.
Excellent command over spoken and written English and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Should be able to communicate effectively with students and other candidates of all age groups and social backgrounds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.
Time management, leadership, interpersonal, communication skills is the must
Excellent knowledge of PTE/IELTS exams and visa procedures.
