Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Psychologist at Happy Minds. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and therapy sessions, and supporting individuals in improving their mental health and well-being. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans. You will be available for part time counselling services including the weekend.

Qualifications

• Psychology and Mental Health knowledge
• Experience in counseling and therapy
• Ability to conduct psychological assessments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and understanding towards individuals with mental health challenges
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Nepali
• Master's degree in Psychology
