Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Psychological Counselor at United Academy, you will play a crucial role in promoting the overall well-being and mental health of our students. You will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, helping them overcome personal and psychological challenges, and supporting them in achieving academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct counseling sessions with students, both individually and in groups.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students with emotional, behavioral, or academic concerns.
Build strong relationships with students, creating a safe and trusting environment for them to share their thoughts and feelings.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address students' academic and psychological needs.
Conduct needs analysis and recommend appropriate interventions for students.
Educate students, parents, and staff on emotional and mental health issues.
Keep accurate and detailed records of counseling sessions and progress made by students.
