About the job

KK RE is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for a full-time, on-site role as a Property Scout in Tilottama, Rupandehi. As a Property Scout, you will play a crucial role in our team by conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential properties for buy or sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify potential properties
Visit and inspect properties to gather comprehensive information including price, condition, and location
Communicate and negotiate with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
Provide well-informed recommendations to clients based on gathered data
Maintain accurate records of properties and stay updated with market trends

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for property evaluation
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
