Roles and responsibilities of this job

Will be responsible for the efficient operation of various apartments and houses of the company under the supervision of the Managing Director
Will be responsible for keeping all the properties in great condition with all amenities in top working condition
Will be responsible for required repair and maintenance of all the properties to keep it in great condition.
Will coordinate with the communication / marketing team for smooth guest transfers

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality OR Management from a reputed College/University
Minimum two years experience in Hospitality Industry
Experience in managing hotels/resorts will be an added advantage
Experience in dealing with people from travel and trade-related fields

Skills:

Very good organizer. Able to get things done from travel / trade-related people.
Active person and able to work in a team
Persuasive and good communication skills
Able to keep properties in high standard of amenities
Proficient in Written/Spoken English
Able to work using various apps on a smartphone must be tech savvy
