About the job

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced agile project/product manager to join our talent team. You will help us direct the end-to-end lifecycle of our products from conception to delivery in this role. Your experience working well with cross-functional teams while being able to manage and deliver high-quality engineering projects on time will be important requirement for success. Being a Business Analyst comes in handy to fill up the gap between business needs and technical implementation efficiently

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring alignment with the company strategic goals.
Identify test requirements from specifications and map the test case requirements to the test coverage plan.
Apply Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, continuously improving the development process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to enhance the product and user experience.
Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks that may impact project timelines or quality.
Be the head of programming/project communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy and innovation.
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in project/product management with a focus on Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
A Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of software development processes and product lifecycle management.

Nice to have:

Experience working as a Business Analyst or strong analytical skills to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack).
Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMP) is preferred.
