Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish project goals, deliverables, and strategies for achieving project success.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project risks and challenges.
Lead project teams in the implementation and execution of PEB projects according to established plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and relevant building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of materials, workmanship, and finished products.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within the established constraints.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards at all project sites.
Implement measures to minimize the environmental impact of project activities and promote sustainable practices.
Responsible for timely monitoring of progress of all projects and provide visibility and sufficient information to stakeholders for making informed decisions.

Other Specification

Bachelor's in Engineering with MBA will be given priority.
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with specific expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
At least 8-10 years core experience in Project Management in PEB.
