We are a growing construction company undertaking high-rise commercial building projects in Pokhara, an experienced Civil Engineer (High-Rise & Commercial Building Construction) is needed. The role involves managing all phases of construction, human resources, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety standards, and overseeing project schedules.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall execution of the construction project.
Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are strictly followed.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Address technical and operational challenges efficiently.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 7 years

Required Age:More than or equal to 35 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
7+ years of experience in the Engineering industry, with speciality of housings and commercial buildings with a minimum of 3 years in high-rise projects
Strong technical and leadership skills
Excellent understanding of structural systems, building codes, and site supervision
Proven proficiency in MS Project, and knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
Ability to work in remote project site locations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
