Roles and responsibilities of this job

No. of Vacancy: 7 (Kathmandu-3, Pokhara-2, Bhairawaha-2)

Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with related clients, consultants & stakeholders. Preparing BOQ for the projects, allocating and monitoring human resources, planning executing and monitoring CPM for the projects, coordinating with site execution team and control the quality, time and cost of the projects. Further, Project Manager will also be responsible for various post construction activities, customer relationship management, project documentation, coordination with the functional managers and manage the work fronts as per schedule.

Job Requirement:

Must have Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of direct experience as Project Manager and 7 years in Building Construction
Proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications
Strong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills
