Position Overview: 

Green Codes is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, from conception to completion by ensuring ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. You are also responsible for identifying and testing bugs to determine their causes. You will work closely with our clients, team members development teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure their needs are met
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
• Identify and resolve any project conflicts or issues that may arise
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to team members and clients
• Monitor project budget and expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, contracts, proposals, and change orders
• Mentor and guide other team members to develop their project management skills
• Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate project status, updates and changes to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and meet all project requirements
• QA tasks with report

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, BIT, BIM or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in software development.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
