Roles and responsibilities of this job

Planning and overseeing all projects within our organisation, from initial ideation to completion of the deliverables
Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones and activities
Managing project deliveries and generating project reports
Managing the relationship and communication with the client, ensuring client satisfaction
Manage contracts with clients by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution
Execute offline marketing activities to promote our organisation and attract more clients

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in this or a similar field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools such as click up
Ability to take up leadership roles
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects and tasks according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
Business and commercial acumen and excellent client management skills
A good team player and effective team leader who knows how to get work done without being ‘bossy’ and to motivate their project team
