Roles and responsibilities of this job
The Project Manager will work with the Association and its consortium members, including Label STEP, UKaid सीप, and the Provincial and Local Government, to drive and oversee implementation of the partnership/project as envisioned. The key responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows:

About the organization
The Palpali Dhaka Association (PDA), a member-based organization of Dhaka entrepreneurs in Palpa, seeks a Project Manager for a partnership developed with support from the UKaid Skills for Employment (सीप) project and the Provincial and local Government of Province 5. In addition to supporting the Dhaka entrepreneurs with development of training activities to boost skills of the workers and entrepreneurs, the project is designed to generate more employment, inject quality and innovation in Dhaka designs, improve branding and marketing, build stronger value chain linkages with national and international buyers, and increase access to finance for entrepreneurs as well as for self-employed home-based weavers.
