Job Description

Define the scope of the operations in collaboration with senior management
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the assigned tasks and projects
Determine the resources required to complete the assigned tasks and project
Develop a schedule for tasks completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities in terms of time and investment
Review the operations schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the operations activities; revise the schedule as required
Track daily progress of assigned/project tasks and activates
Share daily status reports with the senior management
