Roles and responsibilities of this job
Working within the PTN team the Project Impact and Engagement Manager ( PIEM ) will support the identification and development of new projects including
the creation of compelling project proposals in English, including;
evidence of need and expected outcomes. The PIEM will also develop and
deliver evaluation processes of ongoing and competed projects to
measure the impact of the work of PTN and report this to UK partners and
donors. Experience of using varied and engaging evaluation methods such
as video, art and photography as well as questionnaires would be welcomed.
The role will be based at the PTN offices in Pokhara but will
require frequent travel to PTN supported schools in rural communities to
undertake evaluation and monitoring. It is expected that 80% of the PIEM
role will be in the field. We desire candidates having License and
experience in driving a jeep.
This role will work closely with PTN operations in UK and
therefore excellent written and spoken English is required.
