Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The following are the major Job description for the position:

To review the design, drawings, specifications, Tender documents and other submittals of the project provided by the Consultants.
To assist the Project management to carry procurement activities, preparation of Comparison charts, drafting the bid evaluation report etc.
To assist in preparation of Contract document and gather necessary documents for Contract agreement.
To participate in assigned Construction management and Contract management activities of the Project.
To Coordinate all the meeting/discussion with the Contractors and Consultants, and maintain the records of Minutes of each discussion.
To prepare the Interim and Final payment certificates for the Contract and submit to the Project Management for their approval.
To prepare/check the project implementation schedule and submit to the Project management for their approval.
To carry other activities as assigned by the Project management from time to time for timely execution of the project.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience mostly in hydropower projects
