Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Programme Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Montessori program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Montessori education, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Oversight: Ensure the effective implementation and development of Montessori curriculum, maintaining fidelity to Montessori principles.
Staff Development: Lead teacher training and mentorship programs to support professional growth and maintain high educational standards.
Parent Engagement: Develop positive relationships with parents and families, conducting tours for prospective students and processing new enrollment applications.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including class schedules, record-keeping, and coordination of school events.
Quality Assurance: Design and coordinate the effective implementation of educational programs in compliance with Montessori philosophy and organizational standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum of 2 year experience as a Program Coordinator, Director, or Assistant Director in a Montessori setting.
Montessori qualifications or experience as a Director in a Montessori school is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively with adults and children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
