Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Create a workplan for events, meetings, sponsors and potential list of supporters and prepare proposal as required
Responsible for coordinating Event management team and partner organizations and relationship .
Responsible for communicating and marketing professionally
Work with organizers, organizing team members, and advisors for making the event successful
New client acquisition and follow up with existing clients on a regular basis.
Regular planning, tele-calling, setting up meetings and following up
Ability to handle pressure and meeting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be personable, energetic and enjoy working with people daily
Task as assigned by the coordinator of main organizing committee
Follow up with partner organization and Speakers and ensure participation

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must have a Bachelors’/ Masters’ degree in related applicable field
Should have strong English and Nepali communication including writing skills
Fresh Graduates may also apply
Applicants with 6 months to 2 years’ experience in a marketing/advertising agency/event management would be given high preference
Managing events in a challenging environment and addressing l problems that may arise
Must have good writing skill and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, speakers and delegates
Should be a self-motivated and result-driven Individual interested in Exhibition/demonstrative Sales, Marketing and Management
Should be target focused and develop strategies for better return
Should have an Enthusiastic and Pro-Active approach
Should be a team Player in a collaborative approach
Candidates with a two-wheeler and driving license preferred

Preference will be given to experienced professionals
