National Campaign for Education Nepal, a national network of more than 437 national and grassroots level organizations, is implementing ‘SAHAYATRA PROJECT': Strengthening CSOs Role in promoting Public and Inclusive Education. It is funded by the European Commission (through a consortium led by Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) as partner). Thus, NCE Nepal is seeking qualified, motivated and dedicated candidates for the project. Interested applicants are requested to send application along with a motivation letter and recent CV with two references (Current and immediate past line managers)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, plan and implement projects, events, and ensure proper documentation.
Keep proper track of the project activities and its completion within timeline.
Support finance in proper tracking of the budget, expenditure and well documentation of the financial documents.
Document well the project activities, outcome and disseminate information with members and wider stakeholders
Prepare the learning plan and ensure that it is implemented.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi -annual and annual project report as per the requirement of the project.
Coordinate with districts coalitions and other stakeholders in need.

Masters in education or others subjects as equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in project implementation.
Skills in report writing and data analysis
Knowledge on Excel and other tools

Skills and knowledge

Project management, good communication skills with English and Nepali language competency
Good interpersonal skills to deal with the colleagues in the organization
Capability and willingness to work under the pressures and multiple deadlines

National Campaign for Education Nepal, a national level coalition of more than 490 national and grassroots level organizations, is implementing: Civil Society Participation in Education (COPE) Project. It is funded by the European Commission (through a consortium led by National Campaign for Education Nepal and partners includes Global Action Nepal (GAN) and Nepal Disabled Women Association (NDWA). The main objective of this project is to unite various stakeholders in addressing issues related to accountability and governance within the education sector. The project is to be implemented in Dhanusha, Siraha and Rautahat districts of Madesh province and Dailekh, Kalikot, Surkhet districts of Karnali province.
