Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Pharmaceutical Product Manager to lead our product portfolio and drive market success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and production teams to align product features with market needs.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned products from launch to discontinuation.
Manage product performance and adapt strategies to improve market share and profitability.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with medical representatives, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to promote product benefits.
Support sales teams with tools, training, and resources.

4. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:

Ensure all promotional materials and product claims adhere to industry regulations and standards.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive strategic decisions.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
Proven track record of successfully managing pharmaceutical products.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
