Roles and responsibilities of this job

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in art design, engineering, architecture or equivalent
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Good skills in graphic designing, UX design
Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends

Responsibilities:

Create design concepts and drawings to determine the best product
Designing product specifications (especially furniture) as per the client’s demand
Creating digital and/or print drawings and designing fully functional products
Suggest improvements to design and performance to the production and the management team
Employ design concepts into functional prototypes
Clarifying and solving design issues
Investigating appropriate materials and production processes
Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
Maintain up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
Close coordination with the Interior designer and the production team
