 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at Raya in Kathmandu. The Product Designer will be responsible for tasks such as visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research to enhance the practice intelligence solution for behavioral health.

 Qualifications

• Visual Design and Product Design skills
• Design Thinking and User Research skills
• Experience in UX Research
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Experience working in healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
