Designation: Procurement Officer / Purchase Officer

Salary: Negotiable

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer at Lalitpur, Nepal. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role is located in Kathmandu.

Criteria:

Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role
Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
Ability to work effectively in a team
