Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Procurement Manager/Data Management (Data Entry), you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities and managing data entry processes to support procurement operations. Your duties will include:

Procurement Planning: Develop procurement strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and other performance criteria..
Purchase Order Processing: Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, specifications, and pricing information.
Data Entry and Management: Enter procurement-related data into databases, spreadsheets, or procurement software systems accurately and efficiently.
Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
Contract Management: Monitor vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and service level agreements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement data and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, enhance data entry efficiency, and improve data management practices. Implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and best practices to optimize procurement operations.

Procurement Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Data Management Skills: Proficiency in data entry, manipulation, and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret procurement data, identify trends, and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
