A leading center for innovative learning and excellence is seeking applications from committed, competent and experienced candidates for the position of Principal for the new academic session 2081.

Position: Principal

Major Duties and responsibilities:

Implement the educational policies and integrate core guidelines into each class curriculum.
Create and track benchmarks for students and teachers and follow up their progress.
Develop and implement a teacher student development plan.
Create an environment free from any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum MPhil Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Education)
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal/ Vice Principal in reputed school
Good moral character and no criminal record (police report)
Must have excellent computer knowledge and public communication skills
Must be visionary in leadership, school development plan formulation and implementation
The idea of modern innovative teaching methodology and must be able to train teachers accordingly
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
