Position: Principal

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Implement the educational policies and integrate core guidelines into each class curriculum.
• Create and track benchmarks for students and teachers and follow up their progress.
• Develop and implement a teacher student development plan.
• Create an environment free from any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum MPhil Degree or equivalent (Preferably in Education)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Principal/ Vice Principal in reputed school 
• Good moral character and no criminal record (police report)
• Must have excellent computer knowledge and public communication skills 
• Must be visionary in leadership, school development plan formulation and implementation
• The idea of modern innovative teaching methodology and must be able to train teachers accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
