Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare weekly and daily lesson under the guidance of Academic Head & Principal
Ensure the lesson plans are delivered in the classroom effectively and efficiently
Must have to achieve learning outcome goal on weekly & monthly basis
Develop strategies for effective and proactive classroom management
Must follow 21st Century Innovative Teaching Tools & Practices
Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority

Subject Expertise : English / Nepali / Maths / Science / Samajik Siksha

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have suitable academic qualification & willingness to be educator/Mentor
Proficiency in both English and Nepali language
Must have a positive attitude to work in a diverse team
Must have effective classroom management skills
Must have sound knowledge IT Literacy and skills of virtual class
