Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Teacher to join our team at Mother's Pride School Ravibhawan. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging classroom for young learners. You will play a key role in establishing a foundation for our students' academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare age-appropriate activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young learners
Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected
Communicate effectively with parents to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns
Develop and implement engaging lessons that are aligned with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and meaningful for students
Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback to help them improve their performance
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with new teaching strategies and techniques
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
Adhere to school policies and procedures and maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
Proven experience as a Primary Teacher, preferably in a school setting
Strong knowledge of child development and educational strategies for young learners
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan, organize, and implement engaging lessons
Patient, caring, and empathetic towards children
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different teaching styles and methods.
