Millsberry is seeking dynamic individuals and outcome oriented career teachers to execute the teaching-learning activities to the best of their ability and to bring about visible results in the learners.

The Primary School Teacher must be able to deliver as per the goals and objectives of school in terms of Teaching/CCA growth plan.

We are looking for the following positions:

English: 1 requirement

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivering classes as per the approved Lesson Plans for the whole academic year
Reporting about the growth/progress of students through the proper channel
Designing activities related to the lessons to be delivered
Conducting designed Hands-on lesson activities
Enable/prepare students to participate in at least one inter-school/national/regional/international competition a year

Salary: Negotiable, No bar for the deserving candidate

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

B.Sc./BA/B. Ed. with minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field
Excellent in English language (Written/Spoken)
Basic computer skills
Training on phonetics, voice and accent, ECE/ECD, TTC preferred
Only applicants with required qualification and experience are encouraged to apply
Candidates having hands-on experience in teaching methodologies in English, Science highly encouraged to apply.
Experience of teaching IGCSE curriculum will be an added advantage
Good inter-personal skills and desire to grow professionally
Organizing the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment
Planning, preparing and presenting lessons that cater to the needs of the students of the 21st century
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations
Maintaining discipline within the school premises
Making plans as per the vision/goal of the institution
Preparing and keeping track of the growth of the learners
