Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for the entire management of Primary-School (Grades 4 and 5) independently including curriculum development and academic planning
Communicate with parents/guardians on a regular basis regarding academic improvement and overall development of students
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Be responsible for the progress of the department/block under your supervision

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Masters’ Degree preferred)
3 years of involvement in primary school with at least one year of work experience as Primary School In-charge
Relevant training in primary school education is required
Ability to work independently & manage human and material resources
Dynamic personality with strong communication and inter-personal skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali language is a must

Salary Range: Rs. 50000 or above (negotiable) plus other benefits as per school policy
