Roles and responsibilities of this job

As an English Teacher at Balmiki International School, you will play a crucial role in fostering language development, communication skills, and a love for literature among students in the Primary to Intermediate levels. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective English language curriculum for Primary to Intermediate levels.
Prepare well-structured lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
Develop and administer assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and comprehension.
Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to education.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
Strong command of the English language.
Passion for education and fostering a love for literature and language in students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Classroom management expertise.
Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
