Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a committed and skilled private tutor(tuition tutor) who can provide personalized educational support to preschool children. Our focus is on creating a well-rounded learning experience that goes beyond textbooks. We value the importance of extracurricular activities, including dancing, singing, and other sports, as integral components of a child's overall development. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about incorporating these activities into their teaching approach to provide a holistic learning environment for the children.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students at their homes.
Assist students with their academic needs and help them understand challenging concepts.
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and goals.
Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate with parents/guardians to update them on the student's performance and discuss any concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Fluency in the English language is an absolute must for this position. (Mandatory)
Minimum high school diploma, but a bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in the subjects you will be tutoring(Especially Mathematics and Science).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Patient, empathetic, and able to connect with students.
Organized and punctual with strong time management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different students.
