Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the overall development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and implement daily lesson plans and activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development.
Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining records and reporting to parents as needed.
Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
Foster positive behavior and guide children in developing self-help and social skills.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, providing updates on children’s growth and activities.
Collaborate with the teaching team to organize events, activities, and educational programs.
Incorporate play-based and interactive learning methods to make learning engaging and fun.
Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on early childhood education practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)
At least 1 year or more experience in preschool or early childhood education
Good communication skills in English and Nepali
Patient, caring, and child-friendly nature
Ability to plan and conduct age-appropriate activities
Basic knowledge of child development
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

Training in Early Childhood Education
Experience with play-based learning approaches
