Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking active, enthusiastic, responsible, dynamic, creative, and progressive Pre-Primary Teacher who can understand young children, follow their natural learning pace, and create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons using visual, audio, and activity-based teaching methods.
Provide individualized attention to students and encourage interactive learning.
Prepare and distribute educational materials such as notes, worksheets, and assignments.
Assess student progress and maintain records of performance, attendance, and development.
Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Stay updated with early childhood education practices and apply modern teaching methods.
Organize and participate in school events, activities, and celebrations.
Maintain accurate documentation of student learning and progress.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school management to support student development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any field
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Passion for teaching and working with young children
Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
Willingness to commit to long-term employment with the organization
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
High level of patience, empathy and dedication
Familiarity with child behavior management techniques
Candidates having interest and experience in Art and Music will be an added advantage
