Mahakavi Devkota Memorial Secondary School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Grade Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners. The teacher will focus on developing foundational skills, fostering creativity, and encouraging social and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote early childhood learning.
Foster a positive and safe classroom environment for young children.
Develop motor, language, cognitive, and social skills through interactive learning methods.
Use storytelling, games, art, and play-based learning to enhance student engagement.
Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
Maintain discipline and encourage good behavior among students.
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff regarding student development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary or early childhood education (preferred).
Passion for early childhood education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant academic qualifications and experience (preferred).
Creative and child-friendly teaching approach.
Ability to use interactive and play-based teaching methods.
Patience and a nurturing attitude towards young learners.
