Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Engineer at Beni Hydro Power Project Limited located in Solukhumbu District. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of power plant equipment and systems. They will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of equipment and systems such as turbines, generators, pumps, and control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Professional certifications in relevant areas are a plus
