We are seeking a highly motivated and driven PHP/Moodle Developer to join our offshore office in Kathmandu. Reporting to the CTO, you will undertake tasks and projects relating to all areas of Moodle development. You will be a part of the digital innovation team responsible for configuring, developing new functionalities while assisting operational service requests and increase efficiencies with better student

Other Specification
- Good working knowledge and experience in LMS and Moodle Web (e-learning) Application Developments and API’s with Responsive Designs is a preferred
- Experience in e-Learning (LMS) Platforms of Moodle development/Programming is a MUST
- Strong technical exposure to configuration, administer, maintain, develop and enhancements
- Sound technical skills in PHP, Ajax, JScript, Jquery, Angular JS and Bootstrap & CSS3
- Sound Databases Programming and Administration (SQL Server and MYSQL) is a Must
- Experience working in Agile Methodology/Environments
- Experience in design, delivery of high-quality e-learning and online assessment activities
- Experience working with WordPress, Drupal, OpenCart is preferred as well
- Worked (lead and collaborated) in digital learning solutions within the Learning Management System
- (LMS) during the entire software implementation and support processes
- Experience working with project delivery team and business engagements and ability to support
- and diagnose application issues and enhancements in improving efficiencies
- Good documentation skills and matching code with design solutions that are easy to manage,
- maintain, customise (themes/layouts) and version controls
- Ensuring overall responsibilities: reliability, security, availability and high-performance code
Technical Skills:
- PHP MVC Frameworks, Moodle, Drupal, Ajax, JScript, JQuery, XML, XHTML, Web
- services, OOPS concepts, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, REST API’s, Plugins, WordPress and SQL/MYSQL
Professional & Personal Attributes:
- Superb attention to technical (writing high-quality code) details and programming skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal communication skills, including the
- ability to liaise and negotiate
- Working and Contributing in a Team with proven experience building relationships with internal
- and external stakeholders
- Prompt resolutions to system issues/concerns with recommendations
Qualification & Work Condition:
- Relevant Territory degree or Higher Moodle working experience
