Working Arrangements:

• In charge of the Pharmacy Department,
• Ensuring pharmaceutical supplies for the 24/7 Emergency service as needed (no active night shifts required),
• Minimum of 25 working days per month with vacation days defined by the management committee,
• Other duties as directed by Jay Nepal, the Management Committee, the Technical Committee, or the Thematic Lead,
• The candidate will have the chance to work with international pharmacists and medical professionals.

Roles:

• Maintain the pharmacy accounting system up to date daily and send reports to the bank weekly.
• Monitor drug stock and notify suppliers at least 3 months before the expiration of any medications, following a well-defined procedure for expiry date checks.
• Ensure the stock of vital and essential drugs is maintained at all times using appropriate techniques and complying with the legal processes of the Government.
• Order essential drugs before they run out of stock, presenting this in the morning conference.
• Stay around the hospital premises and work on an on-call basis.
• Assist at the hospital counter and registration desk when needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Jay Nepal, the Management Committee, the Technical Committee, or the Thematic Lead.
