Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Working Arrangements:

In charge of the Pharmacy Department,
Ensuring pharmaceutical supplies for the 24/7 Emergency service as needed (no active night shifts required),
Minimum of 25 working days per month with vacation days defined by the management committee,
Other duties as directed by Jay Nepal, the Management Committee, the Technical Committee, or the Thematic Lead,
The candidate will have the chance to work with international pharmacists and medical professionals.

Roles:

Maintain the pharmacy accounting system up to date daily and send reports to the bank weekly.
Monitor drug stock and notify suppliers at least 3 months before the expiration of any medications, following a well-defined procedure for expiry date checks.
Ensure the stock of vital and essential drugs is maintained at all times using appropriate techniques and complying with the legal processes of the Government.
Order essential drugs before they run out of stock, presenting this in the morning conference.
Stay around the hospital premises and work on an on-call basis.
Assist at the hospital counter and registration desk when needed.
Perform other tasks as directed by Jay Nepal, the Management Committee, the Technical Committee, or the Thematic Lead.
