At Tek Samundra Khetibari, we lead the way in crafting premium health supplements designed to enhance the well-being of individuals. We're currently in search of a skilled and seasoned pharmacist with a specialization in medicinal chemistry to become a key player in our team. As a pharmacist, you'll assume a pivotal role in the development of safe and efficacious health supplements that contribute to the improved quality of life for our valued customers. This position demands a robust foundation in medicinal chemistry and a profound comprehension of the fundamentals behind health supplement formulation.

Responsibilities:

Leverage your expertise in medicinal chemistry to pioneer, design, and concoct cutting-edge health supplement products.
Foster synergy with a diverse team of researchers, scientists, and product developers, collaborating to forge distinctive formulations grounded in scientific research and market dynamics.
Conduct thorough literature reviews and maintain an up-to-the-minute awareness of the latest advancements in medicinal chemistry and health supplement components.
Meticulously curate and procure premium-grade raw materials and active ingredients to be incorporated into health supplement formulations.
Devise and refine manufacturing protocols, ensuring unwavering product quality and adherence to regulatory benchmarks.
Execute stability assessments and diligently oversee the shelf-life of finalized products.
Partner closely with regulatory affairs teams to guarantee alignment with pertinent regulations and standards.
Extend unwavering technical support and proficiency to in-house units, encompassing sales, marketing, and customer service.
Remain astutely informed about consumer preferences, market dynamics, and emerging ingredients within the health supplement arena.
Uphold precise and up-to-date documentation of formulation processes, ingredient specifications, and outcomes from product testing procedures.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

The candidate should hold a degree in Pharmacy or Medicinal Chemistry, with a strong emphasis on health supplement formulation. A relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of medicinal chemistry principles, including drug interactions, chemical compound analysis, and the ability to apply this knowledge to formulate safe and effective health supplements.
Demonstrated experience in the formulation of health supplements is essential. The candidate should be skilled in selecting appropriate active ingredients, dosage forms, and excipients to create high-quality supplements that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Proficiency in navigating and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and standards related to health supplements.
The candidate should have expertise in quality control and assurance processes for health supplement manufacturing. This includes knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality testing methodologies to ensure the safety and efficacy of formulations.
Strong research and development skills are important for staying updated with emerging trends, ingredients, and technologies in health supplement formulation.
