Job Description:

We seek a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Trainer to join our IT training institute. As an Oracle Database Trainer, you will deliver high-quality training sessions and equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as database administrators and professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Oracle Database Administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
Design and update the course curriculum to reflect the latest trends and advancements in Oracle Database technologies.
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, interactive presentations, and hands-on lab exercises.
Provide individualized guidance and support to students, addressing their queries and challenges.
Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Database and related tools to ensure the course remains relevant and effective.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database Administration, including database architecture, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database tools such as RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), and Data Guard.
Understanding of advanced Oracle features like RAC (Real Application Clusters), ASM (Automatic Storage Management), and GoldenGate.
Familiarity with database security, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure) and database migration tools is a plus.
Prior experience with teaching, mentoring, or instructional design is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on modern Oracle Database practices.
Strong analytical skills and adaptability to diverse learning styles.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Oracle Certification (OCA, OCP, OCM) is a plus.
Proven work experience of more than 3 years in Oracle Database Administration, with hands-on expertise in database management and troubleshooting.
