About the job

Hypeyeti Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of the company including managing client projects and delegating daily tasks to concerned team members. The ideal candidate should possess strong organization and task delegation qualities. S/he should also be skilled at client communication and team leadership.

Job Type: On-Site

Salary: Ranging from NRs. 40,000/-

Office Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur

Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of solid work experience in managing or leading a creative team in a marketing agency
Strong knowledge of marketing channels like Social Media, Search Engine, Email, etc.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Strong understanding of Social Media KPIs
Analytical skills for setting Goals and Campaign Roadmap
Strong Communication and Inter-personal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any Marketing related program is preferred but not mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily client project tasks
Delegate tasks to suitable team members and oversee the execution
Coordinate with the Marketing Strategist to develop result-oriented marketing strategies
Stay updated with the latest trends in project management
Analyze monthly reports, and performance, and communicate them with clients
Conduct regular meetings with team members and clients
Handle documentation like agreements, PIs, quotations, proposals, etc.
