Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an Operational Assistant who will help us in setting up our different software. We will be grooming the candidate and after the grooming session the candidate will

Support offline and Online
Manage guidelines for Customers of accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals, and individual account in accounting Software
Manage schedules Visit to Client site for Accounting Software related issues - online-offline
Good Communication Skills with Customers
Perform proper Schedule maintenance of all Customer records

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or above on Management (Commerce)
Basic Knowledge of Computer + Accounting Software (Any)
Should have good knowledge of Hardware is an added advantage
Knowledge of Accounting systems, Book Keeping and general accounting ledger (Computerized/Manual) is an added advantage
Commendable skills in the use of spreadsheets(Excel), word processing etc is an added advantage
