Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kathmandu for an Operational Analyst at MeroBibah. The role involves handling day-to-day operational tasks and processes. Some remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Experience with operational processes and workflow management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, Semi Qualified CA or ACCA
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
