About the job

The Operation Officer is responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficient processes, and optimizing the organization's operational performance. The role involves coordinating between departments, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with company standards

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and streamline daily operational tasks.
Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
Implement strategies to optimize resources and reduce costs.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and areas of improvement.
Address and resolve client or customer complaints related to operational issues.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products/services meet company standards.
Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets for operational activities.
Foster collaboration with external partners to enhance operational workflows.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
